Class Reps

It would be a really great if we could get Class Reps for each class, these volunteers will be asked to coordinate anything that the PTA requires such as Christmas cards and raffle donations. This should reduce the impact on the already busy teachers.

Class Reps would also make communicating school information easier in that they will be responsible for the phone/email tree for that class.  This will allow us to make communication between the school and parents even easier.

The first task for anyone wanting to take up this role is to get a class list together, purely for that class’s reference, with parents names and contact details on. These lists are always useful for organising play dates and birthday parties and communicating events such as snow days. Please contact the PTA if you think you would like to help.
